The Ronn Owens Program is KGO’s top-rated talk show, with over 500,000 regular listeners. On the Owens show, Ed is known as "Doctor Rerun"—a name originally given to him by Owens, and a name that Ed uses to brand himself as an expert in television history. Ed appears on The Ronn Owens Program every three months to discuss TV, as well as where to find classic shows such as The Rockford Files on cable, tape and DVD.
