As a freelance author, editor, and consultant,  I collaborate with book publishers, book packagers, literary agents, individual authors and companies in a number of different capacities, including ghostwriting, book doctoring, developmental editing, and project management.  I work with a variety of professionals across the country, including athletes, attorneys, psychologists, psychiatrists, journalists, educators, engineers, entrepreneurs, public speakers, and celebrities. 

Among my recent projects, I was hired by an author to polish and develop his manuscript and book proposal prior to submission to publishers. After working with me, this author went on to sell his revised proposal package to a major New York publisher; his book was published in March 2007.

I can work from your background materials, notes, tapes, rough drafts, secondary sources, or interview transcripts.  I can also provide additional research as needed. Depending on the complexity of the project, I can complete your article, brief proposal, or business materials within 3-5 days; a complete book proposal, in 8-12 weeks; books in as little as six months. The project can be provided to you on computer disk, via e-mail, or in printed manuscript form.
